Milling Department

The milling department comprises five mills and a surface grinder.
The EZtraks are CNC controlled two axes, whilst the VMC's and Arrow are three axis fully CNC controlled.
We are capable of working to within a few microns and are experienced in a variety of fields.
The Arrow can work on an area 1250mm x 750mm, allowing for large components or running batches in multi setups.
The VMC's are our most accurate machines with good repeatability for close tolerance batch work.
