Quality control is achieved by our inspection department. All equipment is calibrated to NAMAS standard and we operate a Total Quality Management Policy with inspections carried
out at each stage of the job.
We can offer First Article Inspection reports for your work.
Any non-conformance is recorded and monitored.
The CMM is used where close tolerances are required, this machine runs Inspect2Cad software which is also able to convert component part to drawings in DXF or DWG format.
This can be useful to clients who have parts they wish to replicate but do not have working drawings.
All jobs enter the shop floor with a job sheet which records materials used, first off inspection and batch inspection results, and quantities produced. This method is part of our
process control system which allows full traceability of parts.
Materials and outside processes (such as plating) are supplied with Certificates of Conformance, so any process can be traced back to its origins.
